You should "deep" clean your apartment or house several times while you are living there.  This will make final cleaning much easier, and assure more of  your deposit back.

If an apartment or house has not been thoroughly cleaned once or twice a year, it makes the final cleaning a hard,  long project, which will be costly if we have to do it.
