This application is a bit  involved, and if some parts do not apply,  write N/A.   For example, if you have never rented before either,  put an N/A  in this part or  " I have never rented before ".

Fill out what you can,and include your e-mail address or some other way that I can get back in touch with you.

We will check  your references, and  then  let you know  on the status of your request.

 

Please Note:

At the time we receive ALL your groups tenant applications  marks the time and order your group is in line for that property. The last (time wise) application of the group marks the time all application were recieved and dictates place in line.  If two group submit their applications for the same property at the same time (day), we will treat both groups as if they are in the same place in line for that property and check both groups references.   If references do not decide the future tenants and all thing seem to us to be equal between the two groups. I will flip a coin to determine who gets the apartment or house.  This seems a bit involved but  we had to use  this  elimination  process in past years.
