Current tenants, in good standing, have first option to renew their current property Lease, and will not need to submit a new tenant application form.

But, any new roommates must submit an application form.

Please Note

All leases must be renewed between June 1 and Aug 1 and will run until  the end of May to the end of July the following year.:

 If you do not want to renew your lease at least until school is out the following year you will be  given a 30 day notice to move by Aug 1st.

We do no month to month leaseing  during the school year only during the summer.
