More Utility Information
Help with getting the Utilities in your name for Eagle Creek Apartments and Homes
It is important that you change the Utilities to your name as soon as you move in. Since utilities (including: gas, water, electricity, garbage, phone, and cable) vary for the different properties, it is the Tenants responsible to get these Utilities into their names. To get a list of which Utilities need to be put in your names, first find your property within this Web Site. Links are at the top of this page, or use the Site map, also at the top of the page. Then when you are in your property's web page, click on the Utility link in "Tenants are responsible for Utilities".
If you are a current tenant, check your lease. It also will have all of the Utilities that you are responsible for. Once you know what Utilities are your responsibility, this page will give you a complete list of Lincoln's Utilities, and how to put them in your name. If you should need more information contact us.
